During the spring and early summer of 1999 Kaul Corporation teamed with IT/OHM Corporation on the closure of Landfill 6 at FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Kaul Corporation provided supervision and specialty GCL installation equipment and combined it with IT/OHM's labor force.
